Goodbye 2012! One might expect a good riddance cry more than a goodbye one coming from a Spaniard, but fortunately this is not my case. 2012 has been more than decent, both personally and professionally. Yes, the depression-prone overall political and economic sentiment hasn't helped. Many dinners and drinks this past year have revolved around which country to relocate too... But looking back, on the plus side there is the birth of Civio, getting i.ngen.io off the ground, very interesting client work carried out at Ezaro Media, exciting new investments like Spotbros, as well as continued involvement with other investee tech startups lead by high quality entrepreneurs. Then there is other things, like the articles published laying out my basic thinking on two issues that I consider fundamental for the future: transparency and political architecture. Lots of interesting books read (special thanks to Mrs. Livingston and Mr. Kahneman), movies and TV series watched, music discovered, new and old places visited and revisited, as well as thoughts and plans sketched out... Plenty of great every day moments enjoyed too, most often shared with my wonderful family and good friends. Bye 2012, you leave the stakes are high for 2013!
